I find it really interesting that we service our cars and we do regular maintenance on our computers and upgrade our phones operating system but we neglect to do the work to make us the best version of ourselves.

Get enough sleep, eat good food, take a walk in nature, do some meditation, increase your mindfulness and go to bed thinking about what you are grateful for so you can be do and have more.
