What does it mean to do things FOR God vs. WITH God? Aren't we supposed to do things for God... you know share the Gospel, obey what he says, etc? Yes you are! But the fulfillment of doing those things comes when you do them WITH God. Leaving him out of the equation is not something that we should be doing as    Christ followers. Today my friend Jen and I discuss this very topic and give you some practical take aways on how you can start doing things WITH God and experiencing the fullness of life God has for you.

Jen Weaver is the host of "Good God Talks", a podcast helping you connect with God through uncommon conversations in everyday moments. • Being in scripture is where we  have a shared relationship activity with God
• There is a difference between talking at god and with god.... doing things for god vs. with god
• Look at what you believe about god that causes you to respond in a way that is works based
• Is the way you respond to god based on the biblical truth of scripture?
• God has always been in pursuit of your heart with loving REDEMPTION
• Ways that God can talk with you:
  • supernatural peace
  • through circumstances
  • external confirmation
  • listening while praying
  • nature
  • scripture
