In the new year everyone announces the big goals that they have for the upcoming year. Then after a week those same people are down trodden and have already forgotten about their "big goals".
Goals don't lead to any kind of accomplishment unless they are transferred into action through a defined game plan. In this episode we model how we take our big goals and break them down into smaller chunks, and then break those chunks down into daily actions that we can accomplish every day to lead toward accomplishing that goal.
