This episode I shed light on a topic that has been on my mind for some time now. Over coming this obstacle has not been easy ! This is me not only working up the courage to speak on what has happened in my life but to also offer insight on some things you may not be able to see while being in a similar situation, so lets think of this as a few steps in my shoes while I went through these different phases of abuse from one source.
