One thing I've learned growing up is that we all, everyone as a collective should question the "why?" in our lives. Whether it is "why is this happening to me?", or "why is this person this/that way?". We always start with the WHY. I like to look at things from different perspectives and that's what this episode is about! Trying to get an understanding of the discover in the abusers life and the victims. Domestic Violence will never be okay! It doesn't matter who it is. I like to think when you view it from different perspectives it helps in a way to heal but, that's just my opinion... This episode I shed light on a topic that has been on my mind for some time now. Over coming this obstacle has not been easy ! This is me not only working up the courage to speak on what has happened in my life but to also offer insight on some things you may not be able to see while being in a similar situation, so lets think of this as a few steps in my shoes while I went through these different phases of abuse from one source.
