We try to laugh our way through quarantine and recent struggles in our domesticated life. Things have changed in our house as the kids get a new teacher, a skunk family moves in, and Laura gets addicted to Fortnite. We also agree to disagree on our new desk, share a top secret recipe, and discuss romance novels.
*audio quality disclamer
We had some technical issues with our new setup making the audio louder than normal. We have since fixed the issue and will have better quality in future episodes.
Summer is in full effect around our house with pool days, concerts, and lawn mowing. We also discuss our kids picking favorites, Space Jam, us getting bunk beds, and installing a new floor.
This week on the podcast we catch up on all of the things we have been doing including a trip to Washington DC, our gas getting shut off, and possibly eating contaminated chicken strips. We also discuss our experiences with workplace harassment training, Bang energy drinks, and a debate about Cory's cooking.
A very Spring themed episode with Laura ruining popsicles, surviving a tornado and attempting to grow grass. We also talk about sleepovers, Gym class, nose picking, and Fitbits.
Happy 1 year podcast anniversary to us! It's been one year since we started Domesticated so we reflect on the year it was and look ahead to the future. In this episode we get family pictures, welcome the warm weather, Laura has a secret life, and Facebook teaches us about babies.
On this episode Laura fights boredom while running, our dog is possessed, hearing in HD, and we hack free trials.
We go thrift shopping in a wind storm and Cory gets caught peeping in the neighbor's Windows. We talk about living near a tourist attraction and wonder is Redbox still cool?
On this episode we get duped on Facebook Marketplace. We also laugh about Cory's 40 lb lasagna, stealing hot sauce, Abducted in Plain Sight, and picture day.
This week on the podcast we feel the love with Valentine's day and Drake's birthday. We visit the tax shack, Royce is the eraser bandit, and Laura gets a new booty.
On this episode we reflect on the simple things that make our lives easier like a new toilet and Walmart grocery pick up. We also dive into some Netflix documentaries, talk about our beater with a heater, and wonder who would do Laura's eyebrows for her funeral.
