Bailey Parker's journey demonstrates the transformative power of proper training and family commitment in HVAC. Starting at age 11 filing papers for $2.50/hour, Bailey progressed through various roles including UPS industrial engineering before pursuing computer science in California. Working for Home Comfort USA and receiving Nexstar training, he achieved $1.2 million in sales as a service technician in his first year. Despite success in Newport Beach, Bailey returned to Louisville to help transform his father's struggling HVAC company, One Choice Mechanical, where technicians were barely hitting $100,000 annually.
Bringing his California partner Santiago, they implemented systematic processes that increased repair tickets from $250-$550 to $1,500-$2,000. After proving himself technically and earning his father's respect over six months, Bailey transitioned to sales. Following Dominate Ductless training, he's generated $40,000-$50,000 in additional ductless sales, established specialized crews, and is implementing case study processes to drive further growth.
