I really enjoyed this sitdown with Victoria Stuart. Stu Ward. She has a great podcast of her own and came on today to discuss the financial concerns. Primarily women have in weighing a determination to retire. My key takeaways: the dollar figure doesn't matter. You could have 500,000 or $1 million, but taking that leap is more than just about the money. You don't need a rigid plan, but you do have to have some sketch of what you want to do and what do you want to envision your life to be. And it is a best case scenario when you can iterate through this plan and continue to improve it as life progresses and your situation changes. This is well worth the listen.
