As much as I did some research, I felt conversing with a member of the LGBTQ+ community would be way more conducive to my understanding of the different aspects of pride. The main questions were essentially built around: Religion, Social Norms, Sex/Gender/Sexuality. My favourite take away from this session was "Acceptance is suicide prevention."
