After the death of his abusive grandfather, 21-year-old Donnie Decker experienced a range of hostile anomalous phenomena that culminated in him gaining the power to make it rain indoors. Donnie's case boasts an impressive number of first-hand witnesses, and it suggests an important link between emotional trauma and the experience of the unexplained.
