It’s Independence Day and that means it’s time for a grilled (boiled or microwaved) hot dog which coincides perfectly with National Grilling and Hot Dog Months. Stacy gets a little off topic while regaling Eric with the story of the great flood that happened at her house, but they eventually get around to the important topic of an ideal picnic.
