Don't be late, be ADHD (Part 1)

Listen Later

It can be scary, shocking, and exciting to be diagnosed with ADHD, but it is a whole other experience when you are diagnosed late. For some it’s a relief, an answer to all of their questions and worries but it can also be a huge shock to one’s system. It is not all sunshine and squirrels, and it is important that we discuss this . Today’s episode features my dear friend Jasmine, a young student who was recently diagnosed with ADHD, although she is an amazing and courageous human being, her journey has been far from easy and perfect. Let’s talk about late ADHD diagnosis and its impact on mental health!
