Fitness is hard…but it’s not THAT hard! You don’t have to do any dramatic diets or workouts to get in shape. We have both struggled with it over the years because we are just as human as anyone else. The honest solution after testing everything else out has been finding balance. Workouts shouldn’t be super long, diets shouldn’t be super restrictive, and you should give yourself a break from everything once in a while.
