Uncle Rico is one of the characters in the movie Napoleon Dynamite. He has a line in the movie where he says "we could've won state" as he stares into the mountains and reminisces on his days of playing high school football. In this episode I want to caution us against becoming Uncle Rico. Let's not become the "we could've/should've/would've" type but be proactive and always be looking forward and not backwards.
