As a human, it's so much easier to "cry about it" than to BE ABOUT IT. 
In fact, most of us don't even realize when we're "crying about it" because blaming, whining, justifying, doubting, playing small is our default programming, and the Ego LOVES to cry about it.
But you can consciously start to BE ABOUT IT, instead. And THAT'S when life changes. 
If you want something, you've got to BE ABOUT IT. In this episode I share a recent example of me "crying about it" and then consciously shifting into BEING ABOUT IT... and how that shift changed my entire experience (and physical ability!)
