Hey Movers! Season 2 is here!

Thank you all for bearing with me as I get my life together, but we are here! I'm so excited to be back with you all as I continue to share my journey in purpose - through what?... Grace & Transparency!

Season 1 was filled with exciting first experiences and divine conversations with some amazing guests. Season 2 will only amplify that energy; and I'm looking forward to sharing every single step a long the way. To kick off Season 2, I'd like to touch base with my village, to get a little deep and set the tone for this platform. Never forget that this is a safe space, meant to inspire everyone involved in this community.

Today our #MovesUMotivate message takes a front seat as we dive deep into what it means to be in your "in between season" and why it holds so much power in the best ways! We discuss the reality of how it feels when life starts to shift; whether that's exciting, confusing, or straight up uncomfortable! And as uncomfortable as it may be; we know that as we chase purpose, that shift is the only thing that's going to get us to make those steps towards greatness. That greatness is inside of you, and frankly, I'm waiting to get a piece!
