Here is the lowdown. Just because you understand The Personality Code doesn't mean you will understand everyone. Knowing your boundaries is key. You don't have to accept everyone in your life, even if you know why they are doing it. 

It took me years to create the understanding I have now. Mostly from being confused by how people acted or responded to me. If you can figure out which one you are and how other personality types react to you. That is where the magic starts. You will learn that a softer tone for one may help a conversation, and a firmer tone may help in another.

Go easy on yourself as you learn and implement this. New skills come from small steps done consistently. Enjoy the journey.
