Today’s episode on The Colitis Scope, I talk about how important it is to be journaling the food that you eat. If you are like me, you probably have forgotten what you ate yesterday. That’s why it’s so important to write down what you eat. Sometimes a food may be inflammatory for our body, but won’t show signs for a few hours or days. By having a journal to document everything, you are able to have a better idea what foods may be causing you harm.
