  • Episode 5: The No Bulls**t Zone - Episode 5A, (1st of a 2 part podcast)
The world has gone PC crazy, it's all about 'equal' rights for men and women and obsessing about being multi-cultural and women's rights to the point of some of the most important jobs in the world such as the firefighter being led by ticking boxes rather than the 'right person for the job'. It is no longer 'safety' first.
People are so scared and paranoid to speak out because of the power of the feminists and their incredulous ability to not grip reality and in turn this is killing off 'men' as we know them. Chivalry is dying and we ask, is it because of the hardcore feminist bra burners?

  • Episode 4: The No Bulls**t Zone - Episode 4A, (1st of a 2 part podcast)
In this first of a two-part podcast I take a dive into Reality TV shows, media and the harm reality shows can do and the inner workings of them and what they look for when finding contestants.
As a former television presenter and having been on TV shows, I see very little that surprises me in the wonders of TV but I do wonder if the reality shows take things too far.

  • Episode 3: No Bullsh**t Zone - Episode 3B (2nd of a 2 part podcast)
The mental health problems associated with steroids and the dangers of the obsessive behaviour behind selfies and social media. Everyone presumes that big muscles and the big personalities that go with them and fit buff bodies go hand in hand with happiness and inner harmony. This is so far from the truth it is really quite incredible. Quite often these people are so obsessed they are at breaking point, even to the point of suicide and some even lose their jobs and families through their obsessive behaviour. Not everything is how it seems on the outside looking inside. What appears perfect on the outside is more often than not a total disaster and pure torment on the in side. It is just well-hidden behind a beautiful package. These people that look strong are some of the weakest people in the world, at least mentally, and many need help more than shares and likes. As friends and family members, you should look out for these larger than life buff bodied beauties. They aren't as happy as they would have you think. After spending 30 years in the fitness and film industry, I have seen it all.

The lies behind fitness and physique models, buff celebrities from A to Z listers and insta-famous fitness guru's. BUYER BEWARE!
The fitness industry, your onscreen buff celebrities and those whose advice you buy into off social media aren't always quite what you think they are.
You may see perfect people across social media and TV, the epitome of health, fitness and strength but the truth is far from.
Are some celebrities to blame for such a cascade of mental health issues?
People everywhere who many look up to and adore are hooked on steroids both male and female alike, or they choose to take steroids to fulfil their roll for their adoring fans.
Should there be a warning so the naïve know that this look isn't attainable without drugs? Or do we forgive them and agree that it's OK to lie to fans and followers?
I have spent 30 years in the fitness and film industry, I have seen it all.
