In today's episode, we’re talking about ghosting, not with dating, but within friendships. We tap about how it can hurt when you make plans with a friend, and then when the day comes, the person ignores you. It makes us feel unpopular or unliked in our own lives.

We would like to be in a place where we can confront the person and tell them, “Hey, you hurt my feelings when you ignored me all day when we were supposed to hang out.” But of course, that’s hard! We love when friends talk time to cancel. That is a valid reason to bail on plans.

Both of us have our faults as well. Martha overpromises and over schedules, and Margaret double books. These are things we are actively working on within ourselves.
