AI is already changing the way we work, communicate, create, raise our kids, build relationships, and live our everyday lives. But are we really thinking about where all of this is going?
In Episode #3 of Don’t Give Away Your Power, I’m talking about something I can’t stop thinking about: AI and what it could mean for our future.
After watching the Netflix documentary The AI Doc: Or How I Became an Apocaloptimist, I started looking at AI differently. I use AI myself—and I see the incredible possibilities. I use it in my real estate business for videos, virtual staging, marketing, property flyers, ideas, and so much more.
But I also have questions.
What happens to our jobs? Our kids? Our relationships? How do we know what’s real when AI-generated content becomes almost impossible to recognize? Will technology bring us closer together—or make us even more disconnected?
And at what point does something designed to help us become something we depend on too much?
This episode isn’t about being afraid of AI or pretending we can stop technology from changing. We can’t. It’s about having the conversation now, while we still have the opportunity to decide how we want to use it.
Because AI is here. The world is changing. And maybe the biggest question isn’t whether AI will change our future…
It’s whether we’re ready for the future we’re creating.

What if protecting your peace means being misunderstood?
In Episode #2 of Don’t Give Away Your Power, we’re talking about something I think so many of us need to hear: you don’t have to explain yourself to everyone. You don’t have to carry everyone else’s emotions. And you don’t have to give away your peace just to make other people comfortable.
Life has seasons—and some seasons stretch us more than others. They change relationships, challenge the way we see ourselves, and sometimes force us to become stronger in ways we never expected.
In this episode, I talk about protecting your energy, choosing your mindset during difficult seasons, and recognizing how the energy we carry affects the people and the atmosphere around us.
Because when one part of us hurts, we feel it everywhere. And sometimes the same thing happens in our homes, our relationships, and our lives. The energy we bring with us matters.
Maybe you’re in a season where people don’t understand you.
Maybe you’ve had to create boundaries.
Maybe you’re learning that you can’t control how other people see you.
Or maybe you’re simply realizing that protecting your peace doesn’t require anyone else’s permission.
Be kind. Love deeply. Give grace. But don’t lose yourself trying to be understood by everyone.
You can be a good person and still have boundaries.
You can love people and still choose peace.
You can be misunderstood and still know exactly who you are.
And you can go through a difficult season without allowing that season to take your power from you.
If this episode speaks to you, share it with someone who might need to hear it today. Follow Don’t Give Away Your Power so you don’t miss the next episode—and remember: there is still so much good ahead. 🤍

Don’t Give Away Your Power is about navigating real life without letting other people, hard seasons, rejection, or circumstances steal your peace.
I’m Micheall Moreno, and I created this podcast because I’ve learned that life can look beautiful on the outside while behind the scenes, you’re carrying things no one knows about.
Here, we’ll talk about relationships, family, friendships, work, confidence, boundaries, positivity, manifestation, starting over, and learning how to protect your energy without losing your heart.
I don’t have all the answers. I’m simply sharing my story, the things I’m learning along the way, and having the conversations I think more of us need to have.
Because you can love people and still choose yourself. You can go through hard things and still believe something beautiful is ahead.
Whatever life throws at you, remember one thing:
Don’t give away your power.
