In this week's episode I share about a time where I really wanted to give up. I felt like I’d failed. Everything came crashing down, I was burnt out and down in myself and couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. 

Then slowly I began to rebuild. I started with finding consistency with small practises each day that have led to some amazing things. I now create from a place of feeling full and grounded.

In this episode I share some ways you can start to rebuild and find consistency in your daily life which will in turn, open up and unblock your creative channel. 

Wherever you’re at in your creative journey and path in life this is my reminder to you - there’s always hope. 

So please, don’t give up.
