  • Foodie Frenzy

Health Canada released its new food guide to help provide up-to-date information to Canadians about healthy eating choices and to make sure the guide is aligned with the current evidence on food topics.  Natasha and Anthony are vegetarians as is Taylor's husband Greg. Taylor is the odd person out. However she does do 3 meatless dishes or more a week.

Are you incorporating more plant based meals in your home? Is the food guide going to change your eating habits?

  • Gratitude is our Attitude

With 2018 coming to a close, it's the perfect time for all of us to reflect on we're grateful for. It's also a good opportunity to start the new year by keeping a gratitude journal. Oprah has kept a journal for years and says she's felt most happy when she keeps up with the practice of writing in it daily. This week we discuss the greatest rewards that come from having a gratitude journal and Anthony refuses to even think about ever using one. Listen and let us know if you keep one or will be starting to write in one in 2019!
