Don't Just Talk, Say Something!

People in offices around the world are afraid to give that staff member a high five, a hug or an "air kiss" in fear that the HR department will pull them in for "weinsteining". Hey, don't shoot the messengers. WE actually pre taped this broadcast before the LA times article came out about "Weinsteining" read it here .

AND yes someone before us coined the phrase Weinsteining. We're not agreeing with anything he did. He's a pig. As is Kevin Spacey.  We condemn  any man or woman who uses their power to abuse people for their own pleasure. Listen to this week's F words broadcast. We want to keep the conversation going. Yes this situation is happening in the US but there are "Harvey's" in all types of workplaces. Men and women are being victimized. The team brought on top Canadian Employment lawyer Natalie MacDonald on the podcast to discuss Harvey Weinstein & his contract that allowed him to have "incidents". Harvey could keep on preying on women as long as he paid for the lawsuits out of his pocket. The company allowed it to happen. The contract according to TMZ had a sliding scale.
