Journal, go on a date, go for a walk with a friend, do a facebook post or instagram story to gather ideas on how to sharpen your saw.
When you have a list, write it and then post it on your fridge or in your bedroom. Ask your spouse to help you stay honest to your vision and help them too.
Play Idea:
Have a Family Sharpen the Saw Day! Set up events for each part of the saw to do as a family.
Heart- Write or draw a note to a loved one
Body- Jump rope or play tag
Mind- Answer trivia questions or play a math game
Soul- Meditate, Pray, Visit your church, do yoga
Also take the time to watch Jane Yolen read Owl Moon—this book shows this habit well.
