This week, Erica AND Mike experience The Apartment for the first time, together. That’s right. Mike hasn’t seen a movie. He’s mad at it. But “that’s the way it crumbles… cookie-wise.”

In this week’s episode, Erica reveals rom coms have a sort of magic over her, while Mike probably wishes he had some sort of spell to deal with Erica’s questions. Including the ones that have… nothing to do with the movie.

This week we’re joined by Erica’s sister Anita Hernandez and her brother-in-law Jamie Moshin. We talk about their family, but mostly the one that Bruce Wayne lost in this origin story of the famous hero, which turns him to a life of bitterness, resentment, and having the coolest car you could ever want.

This week, Mike shows Erica The Full Monty. Erica will find out if it’s part of the Monty Python franchise after all! In the spirit of the film, they put it all out there as they figure out finances, relationships, and Vons after dark. 

Mike and Erica are joined by Mike’s lifelong friend, Todd Hunt (The Super Nintendads Podcast) to talk about their mutual favorite movie. They discuss brotherhood, 90’s culture and male bonding. What does Erica get out of it… “So much poop!”

This week on Don’t Know It, Mike introduces Erica to The Goonies. Suffice it to say Erica’s childhood missed out on this kid classic, but better late than never! The movie takes both Mike and Erica down memory lane, after ranting about their present day issues with Erewhon.

This week, Mike introduces Erica to an action classic with Die Hard. Erica can finally weigh in on whether or not it’s a Christmas movie and Mike desperately tries to help her figure out which quotes from this movie are actually famous. Erica will die… hard… on the wrong hill.
