This is episode 2 where we talk about how a lot of times we try to mask our stress, instead of addressing it in order to live a life of peace.

Psalm 62:12 says “And that to you, O Lord, belongs steadfast love. For you will render to man according to his work.”

Prayer: God, I want to find my rest in You. Instead of constantly going and snapping under stress, show me how to follow Your pace for my life.
