Nature is always writing codes that you can align with to experience harmony in your body and life. Through Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element theory you can activate the dormant nature codes and frequencies that are traveling along the meridian pathways of your body.
In the summer season, fire element is at its peak and influences your body, thoughts, emotions, energy and spirit. This happens in June, July and August in the Northern Hemisphere and December January and February in the Southern Hemisphere.
