when others are being negative towards you, don't match that negative energy. even if they are being positive, don't think about it as matching their energy. you want to be your own authentic self. I never agreed with the saying of giving back the same energy others give off because you use it was an excuse to return negativity and be hateful. matching other's energy is giving them control over your energy. just be you. be your happy and positive self no matter what.
