the single life is the best life. I am not ashamed to be single and to have been single my whole life. I am so thankful to be single, to have never been caught up in any relationship that would have been very messy because I didn't love myself then. I didn't know who I was then and I would've been blind to the true self of somebody else. sh*t I was blind because I had "friends" who weren't real friends. I saw the good in them instead of seeing them for who they really were. there is nothing wrong with being single. there is nothing wrong with you for simply wanting to be single. the problem is the people who are out there not loving themselves.

we are each on our own path in this lifetime. there are so many distractions that prevent us from living the life we are meant to live. I was so disconnected from life, from myself when I was drinking so much alcohol and doing dr*gs. so many things and people can play a big role into why we are not staying in our own lane. when you stick to your own path, you learn so much about yourself and the true meaning of life. you stop listening to all the outside voices and listen to yours only, your intuition. staying away from gossip, setting goals, avoiding distractions, following your intuition, learning to detach, and finding your purpose are things that will help you stay in your own lane, and I know this because they helped me. doing these things will help you become the best version of yourself.

people are always asking me how I stopped drinking alcohol and the answer is I just stopped drinking alcohol. I took it day by day. I had a vision of me living a happy and peaceful life without alcohol, so I just did it. I kept goin back to that vision, which lead to me building a positive mindset about the new journey I was on. I started to believe in me and believe that I can do better and create positive change within me and around my life. if you have been wanting to stop drinking, this is your sign. you will not regret it. life is better ad more fun without alcohol.

I have been doing this healthy and positive morning routine since the beginning of this year and it has made my days so much better. dedicating the first hours of the day to you is important for your mental and physical health. rushing your mornings creates chaos throughout the day, it doesn't allow your mind to properly wake up and prepare itself for the day. I used to be really scared of my emotions. I let them control me, my mind, and my whole life. I would act out on my main emotions, which were anger and sadness, and do or say things that I'd then regret. that's why I started numbing myself by drinking alcohol at a really young age. I didn't want to feel anything. I suppressed my emotions for so many years, eventually through other substances because alcohol wasn't enough, that once I quit the substances, anxiety hit me. I even went into a depression. it was past feelings, present feelings, even feelings about the future that were hitting me all at once and I didn't know what to do with them. when I started healing myself, I learned to process all my emotions and let them go. I was able to gain control of my emotions instead of letting them control me. my emotions have taught me so much about myself and about my past. embrace your emotions, don't be afraid of them.

You have a negative perspective on life because you have a negative perspective towards yourself. You are constantly pointing out all your flaws and the negative within you which will lead to you to only seeing the negative in life. When you start seeing the beauty within you and being positive, you will see life in a positive way. Many of us had a horrible past, but that doesn’t mean that we will have a horrible future, or that our present is horrible. We deserve better and it’s time to put in the work in order to receive better. i let my past control my present and future for so long until I got tired of my own bs. We can’t changer our past, but we are in control of what we do in the present.

these 5 steps will lead you to the ultimate glow up, and im not talking about just a physical glow up, but an overall mind, body, and soul glow up. when you feel good, you look good. take it one step at a time so it's not so overwhelming for you in the beginning. you will get so used to the growth and feeling good that it will all come naturally. I used to be so negative, I felt like sh*t, and looked like sh*t. once I decided to get my sh*t together, I was determined to change. I thought a glow up was all about the physical appearance, but I was wrong because as much as I tried to look good, it wasn't making me feel any better. that's when I decided to focus on feeling good internally. I went in and got real with myself. I didn't focus on nothing external, only internal. I saw my beauty from within. I started glowing internally which automatically made me glow up externally.

this has been the best year yet because it was the first full year of me being sober in a really long time. it actually seems like its been more than a year. I feel better mentally and physically. I am much happier and at peace with myself. I started off drinking just for fun but that led to me having a serious issue with alcohol, which led to me then doing coke. smoking w**d was making things worse too. if I can quit, you can quit too. you are brave and strong enough. the beginning of your sober journey will not be easy, but you have to push through while still being kind to yourself. love yourself throughout the whole time and take it day by day. people see it as something negative and dread it because they constantly remind themselves of quitting something. however, when you start seeing it as gaining something, your true self, you start seeing things in a positive way because you really are giving up one thing in order to recover your life instead of giving up your life for one thing.

there is probably a lot of you out there who are feeling stuck on something like a project or a goal, which in that case you should take a step back to get some rest or work on other things that make you happy. taking a little break from something doesn't put you behind or make you a failure. remember that its always you vs. you. you sometime just need rest or a little reset to come back stronger. its better to put something on hold than bull sh*tting through it and not being original. if you lack creativity that is okay and you will find it within you again.
