Amazed and inspired by the depth and beautiful diversity of the Dharma, Franz studies under the expert guidance of Jokai Blackwell Roshi (Soto Zen) and Dzogchen master James Low. Franz teaches weekly classes and retreats at Long Beach Meditation.
Sunday Sit is 10:00 am - 11:30 am. The first 30 minutes will be a meditation with some guidance. Then there will be a talk and possibly a discussion. It is a full hybrid option with participation fully both in person and on Zoom.
