Michele and I decided we wanted to do a random set of episodes called How Often Do You! Join us for a friendly debate and see how gross people are...just kidding. Everyone has their thing, and we thought it would be fun to dig into that and find out interesting, maybe gross facts and stats about things we should be doing a lot more then most of us do......

Carmel is a life coach who focuses on helping you tame your mental gremlins.  She’s on a mission to help you untether yourself from all the “shoulds” and “can’ts” that have been holding you back.
