Even if someone told you they understood you, that they knew you well and what you were about; they sometimes can hurt you and torment your boundaries.  Sometimes it’s those closest to you that hurt the most.

 In this episode, I discuss how to protect yourself from potentially harmful people. The importance of boundaries cannot be overstated, and I encourage you to make sure to put boundaries in place and communicate them clearly. Let’s talk about those people that play wit you!
