When my wife and I talked about the right time to have kids, the questions of timing, money, careers, all came into play. It felt overwhelming, so we planned...and put off having kids until we felt sure we could execute perfectly on our plan. After all that planning, and waiting, and following the plan, we NEVER felt ready. And you know what? Things have worked out pretty well so far.  Which begs the question: are we really, ever ready?


The same principle applies when you're starting a business. You're never ready, so why not start today?

You don't have to radically transform your life overnight, you just have to start. Don't plan to death, because you may just die waiting.

  • Don’t try to hide what you don’t know. Your customers want to go on a journey with you! Even your failures or mistakes are part of the story.
  • There are millions and millions of people online at every moment—the opportunity is there. Stop thinking small!
