It's my mom's birthday so we had some fun on this episode. Follow her Instagram @tinapiazzatlc and say hello! This episode has us talking about what my mom has learned in her life and things she has learned. If you want to get some great insight on some awesome life lessons this is the episode for you. Also, let me know what you think about boob pillows. I wouldn't recommend it but hey to each their own. Enjoy the episode and happy Friday!
We now have a new star of the show. I welcome in my new cohost who is my very own mother. What a natural superstar she is and had so much fun bringing her on the podcast to celebrate her birthday and a new chapter of the podcast. We take in some questions as usual from instagram and have some fun with some story telling. Appreciate the support as always and hope you love it. (You better because my mom will be sad)
Little bit of a heavy energy on the episode today. Tough news on Wednesday and made me realize how thankful I am for the life I live and how things could always be worse. BUT, in other news we always have questions of the week and a huge announcement at the end of the podcast so stay tuned on this one!
This episode has some funny mistakes we talk about and where we think we will be living in 10 years. Also, does anyone even care about their resolutions anymore? All that and more in this episode. Appreciate all the responses from people and make this so easy and fun to do. Thank you all and see you in there!
If you like dating then this is the episode for you. You'll either realize wow a lot of these things i do and you're bad at dating or you do none of them and congrats to you you're a great dater. We have red flags to watch out for, love languages, and more! The ending is my favorite with what relationships have taught you so stay tuned for that. See you in there!
This was a quicker episode and the Lakers lost tonight so the energy wasn't there. ): This episode we have a little fun with attractions and weird food combinations. Of course we end it with questions of the week! we have a bunch this week so stick around for them. See you in there!
change, the thing all of us hate but can't live without. Growth and opportunity come from change but comfortability sounds so much nicer! Well here are some ways we can handle change and growth in our lives in a more positive way. Audience perspective, my perspective, and a little research went into this one. Hope you enjoy and see you in there!
Last episode we questioned why does therapy have such a stigma? Well, why not do the research and see where the stigma and other mental health disorders stem from? This episode we do a little college study session and look into studies that talk about mental health. You're going to love this episode and hopefully learn something new. See you in there!
Why is there a stigma on seeking help and going to therapy? It's the most interesting question to me and one in which we dive into. It's a sign of strength to admit your weaknesses which seems backwards but is true. Take a listen to some stories that were told to me and my take on it. To finish it off we of course throw in some questions of the week. See you in there!!
Tough news this week when I lost my best coworker. Life is always throwing tests at us and it always feels they love to stack on as many tests as possible. Tests your resilience and what you're made of. Hop in this week with some insight on how I view life being a rollercoaster and how we go through these tests. Questions of the week are loooong too so stay tuned!
