We all have dreams that sit tucked away in the corners of our hearts — plans for “someday.” But over time, those dreams can start to take up space meant for something greater. Proverbs 24 reminds us that neglecting what’s right in front of us can lead to fields overgrown with weeds. Not because the soil is bad, but because it was never tended.

God’s Word invites us to do more than dream. It calls us to act, to pull the weeds, rebuild the walls, and plant seeds that will bear fruit. Hope and faith go hand in hand, but faith without work leaves the vineyard barren.Don’t settle for dreaming. Don’t settle for barrenness or brokenness. Christ can take your weary heart and bring beauty out of it. In Him, every story brings glory, and the latter will be greater than the former.
