Science tell us our cells are listening to and responding to our thoughts. If our experience of physical health is affected by our thoughts, it emphasizes even more how we can determine the external world we encounter.
In this week's episode you'll learn three ways to start to tackle "hard" stuff without minimizing effort or action.
You can do the hard stuff without sweating it.
1) Define "hard"
2) Stay committed
3) You can do it (again)
And when you need it, find a quote, a song, an anthem to give you words you can turn in to the thoughts that will help you take on the hard things.
