Follow-Up Friday is a new series where I follow up on the interviews from earlier in the week, give a preview of next week, talk about what I've learned, books I'm reading, answer listener questions, and more. As Tim Ferriss would say, it's just a little salt of fun before you head into your weekend. The idea here is to develop a relationship with you, the listener. On Mondays and Wednesday, I talk directly to the guests. On Fridays, it's your turn, as I talk directly to you.

There will now be three episodes per week, with interviews being published early Monday and Wednesday mornings, and Follow-Up Friday being published early Friday mornings.
