It’s been a while, but we're back and thrilled to bring you the first episode of our new series. In this kickoff episode, we rewind and catch you up on everything that’s been going on over the past year—from growing our businesses to hosting Women’s Wellness Workshops, providing welfare to ravers in Croatia, tackling 10K runs, and weightlifting competitions! In case you didn't know, we're not health professionals (just professional idiots!), our answers are based on our own experiences & on our opinions, so we weren't able to answer all of the questions but we will make sure to get them answered by the health professionals.
