Dr. Jordan Henley is a science thought leader, content creator, and coach who has taken her big opinions thanks to her life and teaching experiences to the social media scenes.
Dr. J, while science teacher at heart, loves her content. She loves her content enough to have gone to get a Ph.D. in Science Education; but ultimately Dr. J’s biggest passion is shedding light on issues the educational system has ignored for too long and how specifically our black and brown students are impacted from these silent systems.

Back as the 2018-2019 school year came to an end, I realized that while my students were driving me mad as summer break was approaching, that they deep down thrive off the stability that school provides. When they get home, they spend most of their time with the doors closed and their eyes tuned into their devices; they likely feel more isolated than ever.
Now, fast forward to COVID 2020. I came across this old blog post entitled "Teenagers are the Loneliest Person in the World" and Lord, if I thought they were lonely then, imagine how lonely they are now.
Need activities to keep the kids busy next week? Here is the Thanksgiving Freebie and the Gen Z Bingo Freebie.
