Hello everyone! :) Today's episode is a bit more of a serious topic, but it is something that I've wanted to discuss. I will make next weeks episode more fun and less serious but, I do still hope you enjoy this episode!   

Within it, I speak about how I think social media can actually be used to help others seek support during rough times. And although social media can cause negative impacts on someones mental health, I do think it allows someone to use their platform in order to seek simple assistance from those around them. It allows them the freedom to choose whether or not they want to disclose their problem(s), and it allows them to perhaps feel less burdensome on specific friends. Something I'm sure we have all felt at one point or another.

Hellloooo!!!! My name is Zoë and this is my first podcast episode...well, its actually more of an introduction as to why I decided to make a podcast and what I plan on doing with it.
