We discuss the continuing saga of Harvey Weinstein. As one of the most powerful figures in Hollywood, Weinstein has apparently been using his position to make unwanted advances on young actresses over several decades. Many of the allegations are finally getting out in the open.

What does this say about Hollywood? Is this a pervasive part of the culture?

Interestingly enough, Weinstein has been a huge contributor for many Democratic candidates, including Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Over the years, Tony has hired many employees that seemed promising at the outset, only to see their bad habits and lack of work ethic make themselves known little by little. It can be frustrating for business owners when they constantly hear that "the job market is terrible. People can't find any good jobs!"

Well, there's another side to this story. Tony's business offers entry level jobs that lead down more lucrative career paths, and yet it is very difficult to find grown men who are responsible enough to even show up to work on time. Heck, sometimes they just don't show up at all, without even calling the office to notify that they will be absent!

So please enjoy the episode, which takes a look at a very specific situation, but reveals something about the "working poor" that you may not have seen before.

A big pay raise for entry-level NJ Transit workers is being considered. This would nearly double the "minimum" wage for over 10,000 NJ State employees who work with trains, buses, and airports. Why are State employees entitled to these outrageous wages?

We also discuss the negative effects of a government monopoly on infrastructure. Why can't private companies start their own train lines? With private trains, there'd be more express service, cleaner trains, and more options. Imagine the possibilities!

Google decided that Damore had violated it's Code of Conduct, and subsequently fired him. We discuss the content of the memo as well as our opinion on Google's decision and the precedent this sets.

Although it may seem trivial, this event is just another step in a long line of things happening in this culture war over the past few years. If you haven't been paying attention, the Internet, specifically social media, is a hotbed of activity between Authoritarians Of All Stripes and Freedom Loving People. This is reaching a fever pitch, and it really feels that things are going to bubble over at any moment. It's high time you started paying attention and figured out what side you are on.
