From school teacher to stepping out into the entrepreneurial space, she shares about Type 2's stress and growth path (going to 8 and 4 respectively) and how they can be used hand in hand to notify us of when we're veering off course. In this episode, I am so excited to chat with my new friend Dani Cooper (Type 1). Dani is such a sweet soul and so willing to share about how she sees the world through the lens of a Type 1. We talk about the 1's stress and growth path-- they go to 4 in stress and 7 in growth-- she shares some beautiful insight about accessing the high and low side of each number which means taking on behaviors/characteristics of those numbers on their perspective path. Dani shares how coaching has helped her see more beauty in the world and humanity. This is such a beautiful conversation and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

We also chat about learning to show up for yourself (as a Type 9 that can be very hard to do), knowing that your presence matters, and what it looks like to have a healthy attitude about leaning into your Type 8 Wing from a Type 9's point of view.
