When the rubber meets the road, what does it look like to follow Jesus in our everyday lives? In Galatians 5:16-25, Paul paints a clear picture, with vivid illustrations, of what it a life surrendered to Jesus practically looks like as he contrasts being dominated by sin versus being led by the Holy Spirit. In response to the vision he casts, we ask, “Don’t you want this? Don’t you want this passage to characterize your life?” If we do, there’s an action that we are taking collectively as a church that can lead us towards a life led by the Holy Spirit.
