Episode Eight: Continuing a fabulous discussion from the previous episode regarding my time as a bodybuilder and how to stay motivated at the gym/during prep/during life. I have retired from bodybuilding for the time being, and I don't post photos of my physique anymore, nor do I film myself working (considering all the gyms in California operate outside because this state is filthy and uncouth) but I understand how difficult it is to stay on the path.It's easy to start when you're "in the mood" but finishing is the kicker. Find ways to push through the tough shit and stay on track.
