Been There, Done That episodes

  • California Loathe
Episode Ten: Season Finale of "Been There, Done That." It felt appropriate to conclude this season at the tenth episode marker, considering the show is 10 minutes in length - 10 out of 10!Today, I ridicule the "golden" state of California for it's not-so-golden reputation as it falls victim to some of the absolute worst politicians to ever walk the face of the earth. Thanks Pelosi for withholding financial aid to the American people during a global pandemic just because you don't like Trump! Pathetic turd.

  • 99 Problems but a Bra ain't one
Episode Nine: A glimpse of a pure, honest rant complete with rage, fury and plenty of alcohol to temper the sting of a bad day.*Gentle note to any and all consumers - DON'T BE A BALLSACK TO PEOPLE WHO SERVE YOU.

  • Donut Day
Episode Eight: Continuing a fabulous discussion from the previous episode regarding my time as a bodybuilder and how to stay motivated at the gym/during prep/during life. I have retired from bodybuilding for the time being, and I don't post photos of my physique anymore, nor do I film myself working (considering all the gyms in California operate outside because this state is filthy and uncouth) but I understand how difficult it is to stay on the path. It's easy to start when you're "in the mood" but finishing is the kicker. Find ways to push through the tough shit and stay on track. Always remember why you started and alter your mindset to keep going no matter what trash flies your way.***Workout, Health and Wellness Inquiries are welcome: [email protected]

  • Nobody Cares, Work Harder
Episode Seven: I begin to touch on my bodybuilding days. This multi-part series delves into the ups and downs that came with my participation in the NPC (National Physique Committee) competition for two years. Yes, I was berated and told I was "gross" and "manly" for lifting weights and having muscles. Um yeah... I'm gross and manly even WITHOUT doing a bodybuilding comp so who cares!"Nobody Cares, Work Harder" = stop making excuses and start putting in the damn work for the things you want out of life. Even when it sucks. Period.

  • Couchcast
Episode Six: How many ways can you podcast? So far, from a bed, a car and a couch! This week, I briefly touch on my working life prior to attending college. I went career route first, followed by university, and then Class of Covid graduation via Zoom. So according to the 1950's "American Dream," I did it wrong. In fact, by the time I was 30, I should have been married to a man who cheats on me with his secretary, two ungrateful children, a worthless college degree (if I was lucky), a miserable career as a stay-at-home mother/wife who threw Tupperware parties for fun, and a nosy neighbor who constantly called the city on me because my shrubs weren't up to code.At least one good thing came from that horrid era: Shaken martinis.

  • Carcast
Episode Five: Get ready for a rocky road-trip podcast complete with an incredibly annoying air-conditioning sound that never goes away, and my voice jumping octaves for the sake of screaming in emphasis. I will partially discuss the conspiracy theory behind the creation of the Federal Reserve. Sometimes, knowledge is power! But only sometimes. I was really just trying to pass the time on the road.

  • Bedcast
Episode Four: Join me as I celebrate my experience paying off a credit card during a pandemic! And saving money, buying things we don't need, hoarding, life/culture in America when it comes to money - all while snuggly warm in my bed. That I paid for. With a credit card. #lazyasshoarder

  • Stairway to Chardonnay
Episode Three: Let's discuss what humans do when they want something: LITERALLY ANYTHING. Humans have this innate need to satiate their embedded desires at any given cost - deception, betrayal, and even murder. We've all been there. Well, sans the murder. Unless murderers are listening to my podcast. Then I need more Chardonnay.

  • Brother Butterfly
Episode Two: Special guest and kin, Brad Coffey, pays a visit to dissect a very serious situation ailing many Americans today - the dangers of dating.

  • Milwaukee "Mil-wicky" and Tush Associates
Episode One: Thank you for joining - near, far, wherever you are... I believe that Jack AND Rose both could have fit on that floating slab of destroyed ship but no good love story ever ended with furniture supporting a family of two.Who is you? I am no one special. A single Cali woman who interned as a radio DJ in college. Now that my vague credibility has been established, I am a grad student waiting for the Entertainment/Theatre scene to open back up from the bullshit cover-story for global control known as COVID.*DISCLAIMER: Each episode is 10 minutes in length. Why? A). Because it's my podcast, not yours. 2.) No one ever really listens to someone for longer than 5-10 minutes so I'm actually pushing it with your attention span.
