This week's broadcast visits the Ed Wood disasterpiece Plan 9 From Outer Space (1959). While initially a commercial disappointment, the film has since become a cult classic. Infamous for his convoluted plots, Ed Wood here imagines a time in which extraterrestrials attempt to intervene in earth's affairs to stop mankind's self-destructive death-wish.
