Alex stayed up late to talk to us from his native Sweden and dealt with Rich asking about Ghost, as well as discussing the new album, the writing process and what influences them while creating, the lineup change that makes the band a family affair, and so much more. Episode 40 - Mirror Queen and Magick Potion

This time on a special episode of Rich & Turbo's Heavy Half Hour (episode 40), we have two shorter interviews for your listening pleasure. The first is with Kenny Kreisor from the band Mirror Queen, that just dropped their killer new record, Dying Days, on October 28th.  Kenny is fun, very opinionated, and a great interview.  We talk about the record, his work as owner of Tee Pee Records, and a bunch more.  The second interview is with the new band out of Baltimore, Maryland, Magick Potion, who are dropping their self-titled debut on November 8th, 2024 and whoa is it killer.  This was the band's first ever podcast interview and I was honored to break them in…next time will get them to open up even more.  Riding Easy Records has a winner with this release, so go listen on Friday. Episode 37 - Godzillionaire

This time on a very special episode of Rich & Turbo's Heavy Half Hour (episode 37), we welcome recent signees to Ripple Music Mark Hennessy and Michael Dye from the band Godzillionaire to the show. They have a new record dropping in January called Diminishing Return$ (I am lucky enough to have heard it, and whoa boy is it awesome...). You may know Mark from his time in the super-underrated 90s grunge band Paw, which we touch upon a bit in our conversation, as well as talking about the new Godzillionaire record, their recording and writing process, their last record that everyone should own called Negative Balance, natural disasters, and we laugh. A lot.  This was a super fun time for us and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
