It's 1989 in the heat of high summer. A deadly basher is on the loose and he's systematically victimizing the working ladies of the Red Light District. One Los Angeles cop named Ian "Shotgun" Jones and his partner have picked up the scent and are in pursuit. The suspect: a high powered attorney who has a secret drug running op in Mexico. When Shotgun Jones is fired for roughing up a con, he becomes a bounty hunter. Freed from the red tape of the LAPD, nothing can get into between him and the bad guys now!
