Being on The Bachelor is the least interesting thing about Matt James.  This gratitude-filled human is on a quest to change the world one mile and one meal at a time.  As the founder of ABC Food Tours, Matt has introduced NYC based youth to culinary and community experiences that they hadn't previously had access to.  His own upbringing as the son of a single mother with limited means created the foundation for the life he lives today and the gratitude he has for it.  As a lifelong athlete, Matt has not been a stranger to fitness, but when he laced up running shoes for fun for the first time, he realized the doors it would open along the path to self improvement.  Join us in this lighthearted and earnest conversation about identify, faith, sense of self and community.

From Broadway performer to fitness personality, Nikki Kimbrough has proven she IS EVERY woman and there is no doubt it is ALL IN HER!
